Legal notice for SocialAgent under § 5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act (ECG) and § 25 of the Austrian Media Act (MedienG).

Media owner, publisher and operator

SocialAgent is operated as a sole proprietorship. The place of business is Hall in Tirol, Austria. Email is the fastest way to reach us and we answer every message.

Business purpose

Development and operation of SocialAgent, a web-based service for planning, generating, reviewing and publishing social media content. Customers use their own AI provider keys; we do not resell AI credits.

Basic editorial direction (§ 25 MedienG)

This website presents SocialAgent and publishes practical, non-promotional writing on social media workflow, platform limits and AI-assisted content production, together with free browser-based tools. It pursues no political or ideological agenda.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can reach us for that purpose at hello@aisocialmedia.at.

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We write the content of this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Pricing, platform limits and API behaviour described here can change without notice; the terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that apply. This site links to external websites we do not control. Responsibility for their content rests with their respective operators. We checked linked pages for unlawful content when the link was created and found none; we do not monitor them continuously.
