Use cases

A social media approval workflow built in by default

In most tools approval is an add-on for bigger plans. In SocialAgent it is how everything works: every post waits for a yes, and the yes applies to the exact version you read.

Step by step

How approval works

  1. A draft arrives in the queue

Created by you, by AI on request, or by a recurring schedule.

  2. You review the real thing

Each channel’s caption and preview, the accounts it goes to, the time, and any research sources.

  3. Approve that version

Approval is bound to the revision. Edit it afterwards and it returns for approval.

  4. It publishes on time

Approved posts publish at their scheduled time, with a result per account.

Details that matter

Approval that cannot be bypassed by accident

Edits revoke approval

A post never publishes in a version nobody approved.

Time changes do not

Moving a post to a new slot keeps its approval.

Sources shown at review

Research-based drafts show the excerpts behind each claim.

Held if a source changes

A post is held for you when a cited source changed before publishing.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a social media approval workflow?

A process where posts are reviewed and approved before they publish, so nothing goes out that has not been checked.

Can I turn approval off?

Yes, per recurring schedule, by enabling automatic publishing. It stays on for everything else.

Can clients approve posts themselves?

Approval currently happens inside your workspace. Share a preview with your client and approve once they agree.
